Join the Pack

Pack members come from all walks of life, but we share the common traits of intellectual curiosity, a dedication to service, attention to detail, and uncommon work ethic.

If you are passionate about the federal market or have a zeal to help companies grow, we want to hear your story. From recent college graduates to experienced industry practitioners, we offer the opportunity to solve high-impact problems in a fast-paced environment with small engagement teams, steep learning curves, and uncapped professional and financial upside potential.

Experienced Hires

From established federal acquisition professionals to experienced government executives, Wolf Den is the perfect place to continue serving the missions that matter to you.

At Wolf Den, our experienced team works full time on exciting engagements, free from bureaucracy or GS-scales. If you are looking for an opportunity to contribute your best ideas, surrounded by supportive colleagues, in a “best idea wins” meritocracy – come join our team.

Recent Graduates

Are you looking for an environment where your ideas will be heard? Where working in small teams with direct access to customers will build your experience and network faster?

Our recent graduates have the opportunity to rotate through each of our practice areas in order to maximize breadth of exposure and compress learning curves. At Wolf Den, you will gain a multidisciplinary mix of strategy, financial analysis, management consulting, marketing, and creative and technical writing skills.

Internships

Wolf Den is an ideal place to start your career. Our multidisciplinary internships prepare you for life after graduation, even if you do not yet know what you want to do full-time.

There is no single “type” for Wolf Den interns. We recruit across a variety of majors and primarily screen for work ethic, attention to detail, analytical skills, writing ability, and customer service mindset. Our interns are treated like our permanent, full-time Associates working on engagements with customer exposure in small teams.

Meritocracy
Best idea wins. Period. No matter where in the organization that idea arises.
Collaboration
The whole is often greater than the sum of the parts. Working together as a team is how we get to the best ideas to help each other and our clients win.
Impact
Substance trumps process. It is not about running through the motions of how we get to an answer, but being agile to deliver actionable insights.
